Bentley Set for Northeast-10 Indoor Track Championships; Action Begins Thursday at The TRACK at New Balance

WALTHAM, Mass. – The Bentley University men's and women's indoor track and field teams will be at The TRACK at New Balance this Thursday and Friday for the 2023 Northeast-10 Conference Championships. Thursday's action will get underway at 2 pm and Friday's will begin with the women's shot put at 11 am.

All the action will be streamed over the NE10 NOW digital network (NE10NOW.tv).

Bentley's top ranked student-athletes on the entry list are senior Brice Tolan (Abington/Abington HS) and junior Lucy Ambroult (Holbrook/Holbrook HS). Tolan is fifth in the men's mile and Ambroult fifth in both the women's 60 meter dash and the long jump.

Other members of the men's team listed in the top ten are freshman Ryan Orr (Stonington, Conn./Stonington HS), junior Matthew Chicko (North Andover/North Andover HS), senior Jack Deehan (Westwood/Westwood HS) and junior Finn Power (East Lyme, Conn./East Lyme HS).

Orr and Deehan are seventh and eighth, respectively, in the 800 while Chicko and Power are listed seventh and tenth, respectively, in the mile.

On the women's side, sophomore Caitlin Burmester (Willow Grove, Pa./Upper Dublin HS) is sixth in the 800 and senior Audrey Christo (Belmont/Belmont HS) is seventh in the 3,000. Other Falcons listed in the top ten are sophomore Brooke Neri (Westbrook, Conn./Westbrook HS) (eighth, 5.000), senior Samantha Martel (North Reading/North Reading HS) (ninth, mile) and senior Hannah Greene (Weston, Conn./Weston HS) (ninth, high jump).

At the 2022 championships, Ambroult was third in the long jump and Bentley received fifth-place finishes from Burmester (800), Greene (high jump) and the men's 4x800 relay team of Tolan, Deehan, Chicko and Power.

Admission will be charged upon entry with single-day and two-day pricing. Prices are as follows: Single day adult pass $12, single day senior/youth $6. Two day adult $22, two day senior/youth $11. All NE10 students are granted free entry with a valid student ID
