Bentley women cruise past Keene State
KEENE, N.H. – The Bentley women's swimming and diving team rolled to a 159-127 win at Keene State Saturday.
Hilla Almog took first place in the women's 1-m dive, scoring 265.42. She also won the 3-m dive with a score of 252.52.
Bentley's 200 medley relay took first place with a time of 168.30. That team was comprised of Skyla Lang, Emily Blatt, Caroline Ubert, and Grace Motisi.
Sophia Wong won the 1,000-freestyle touching the wall in 12:15.33, and Brydie Olofson was first in the 50-backstroke (30.04).
Bentley took the top three finishes in the 50-breaststroke: Emily Blatt (31.69), Jordan Nuzback (34.20), Caroline Ubert (34.92).
The Falcons also took the top three spots in 100-butterfly, thanks to Isabella Montanari (1:01.44), Rachel Thilow (1:07.39), and Katie Keegan (107.97).
A trio of Falcons led the 100-freestyle. Emma Hapkiewicz was first (57.10), followed by Madison Capria (58.51) and Motisi (58.62).
Montanari won the 100-breastroke with a time of 1:10.12, while Keegan (5:50.55) and Rachel Thilow (5:52.58) placed first and second, respectively, in the 500-freestyle.
Bentley's next meet is in the two in two weeks, when the Falcons compete in the three-day WPI Invitational (Dec. 1-3).
