Bio

The 2017-18 academic year will be Kerry Hausdorf's 5th in charge of the Bentley University women's lacrosse program. In her first four seasons helming the program, she has guided the Falcons to playoff berths each time in the highly competitive Northeast-10 Conference each season.

Hausdorf has also been an assistant women's soccer coach at Bentley since the start of the 2016 season.

Under Hausdorf's tutelage, the Falcons had a record setting 2016 season. The team reeled off a program record 11-game winning streak, tied a school record with 13 wins, and advanced to the NE10 semifinals for the first time since 2012. Bentley finished the season ranked 14th in the IWLCA's Division II Top 20 Poll.

In 2015, Hausdorf led Bentley to a 10-win season overall and a 9-4 mark in the NE-10 as they reached the NE-10 Playoffs for the 2nd straight time to begin her tenure. The team was ranked in the IWCLA's Division II Top-20 Poll nearly the entire season.

In four seasons, Hausdorf has a combined record of 39-30 and 33-18 in the NE-10.

Hausdorf was announced as Bentley's head women's lacrosse coach on Sept. 3, 2013, making her the program's sixth head coach after she spent two seasons on the sidelines as the head coach at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I.

"I am honored to have been selected as the head women's lacrosse coach at Bentley," Hausdorf said upon her hiring. "I would like to thank Director of Athletics Bob DeFelice for this opportunity. It is a privilege to be part of an institution with such excellent academic and athletic traditions."

Hausdorf guided Roger Williams, which competes in the Commonwealth Coast Conference, to the conference playoffs in both seasons at the helm. In her first season (2012), she led RWU to a road playoff win while coaching three All-Conference performers.

Prior to arriving at Roger Williams, Hausdorf spent two seasons as the head coach at Queens (N.Y.), which included coaching the Knights during their inaugural varsity season of 2010. She led Queens to a seven-win improvement during her second season in 2011.

Before becoming the head coach at Queens, Hausdorf was an assistant coach at Northeast-10 rival American International for the 2008 and 2009 seasons.

A 2004 graduate of Springfield College, Hausdorf was a three-year member of the women's lacrosse team as a defenseman, and rose to team captain as a senior. She earned her Master's Degree in Athletic Administration from Springfield in 2009.
