WALTHAM, Mass. – The Bentley women's lacrosse team is ranked No. 21 in the ILWomen/IWLCA Division II Preseason Poll.

The Falcons received 113 points in the poll. They were also ranked 21^st in the final poll of the 2022 season.

Four of the top six scorers from 2022 return, led by Maeve Johnson who had 47 points last season. Four starting defensive players and starting goalie Maya Rose return as well.

Bentley is one of six Northeast-10 teams ranked in the preseason poll. Adelphi (2), Le Moyne (6), Pace (12), Assumption (17) and New Haven (19) are the other teams. East Stroudsburg is the preseason No. 1 ranked team.

The Falcons are set to begin the 2023 on Feb. 25 at No. 3 ranked West Chester.
