Capobianco one of two NCAA qualifying individuals from East Region
WALTHAM, Mass. – Sam Capobianco is one of two individual men's cross country runners from the East Region to qualify for the NCAA D-II Championship, the NCAA announced Monday.
The junior from North Reading, Mass. placed 12th during the NCAA D-II East Regional. He finished the 10K race with a time of 31:40.33, leading the Falcons to a fifth-place finish as a team.
The national championship in Nov. 18, in Joplin, Mo. Missouri Southern State is the acting host.
