Glick, Wielgoszinski Honored by Northeast-10

WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley University graduate student Jeremy Glick (South Windsor, Conn./South Windsor HS) has been honored as the Northeast-10 Conference Men's Diver of the Week and Men's Rookie of the Week honors in the conference went to Bentley freshman Leighton Wielgoszinski (Madison, Ind./Madison Consolidated HS). Both were recognized for their efforts in dual meets against Le Moyne College and The College of Saint Rose.

Glick swept the diving against Saint Rose, with scores of 244.50 for six dives and 165.90 for five. A day earlier, he was second in both at Le Moyne, turning in scores of 248.15 and 168.90.

At Saint Rose, Wielgoszinski swam to victory in the 1000 yard freestyle (10:35.38) and was part of the Falcons' 400 free relay team that took first in 3:22.89. Against Le Moyne, he was second in the 200 butterfly (2:08.36), third in the 500 freestyle (5:04.91) and third in the 200 free relay (1:34.55).

The next action for the 3-0 Falcons is November 11 at home against Brandeis University.
