WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley was selected to the 2024 NCAA Men's Lacrosse Championship on Sunday night as the sixth seed in the North Region. They will play at the third seed Saint Anselm on Wednesday at 4:00 PM in the first round.

This is the second straight season the Falcons have earned an at-large bid after they were selected for the first time in program history in 2023.

Bentley went 9-5 in the regular season and 6-3 in the NE10 regular season. They defeated Saint Michael's in the first round of the NE10 Championship before they fell to the eventual winners Adelphi in the semifinals.

Wednesday's game will be the third meeting this season between Bentley and Saint Anselm. The Falcons won the first game, a non-conference home game, 13-11 on March 1. The Hawks won the NE10 matchup 17-8 in Manchester, NH on March 30.

The winner between Bentley and Saint Anselm will face the two seed Mercy in the quarterfinals on May 12.

Through 14 games this season, senior Conor Segreti leads the team in both goals (33) and points (42). The defense has been anchored by the likes of Kyle Piersiak and Alex Parton, who are both in the top-13 nationally in caused turnovers per game.
