Hasley Tabbed as Atlantic Hockey Goalie of the Week

WALTHAM, Mass. – Connor Hasley was tabbed as the Atlantic Hockey Goalie of the Week for the final week of the regular season, the conference announced Monday.

Hasley started both games and was stellar as the Falcons went 1-0-1, with a shootout win, for the final two regular season games.

In Thursday's 5-1 win at Holy Cross he made 30 saves and had a .968 save percentage.

In the 2-2 tie against Sacred Heart on Saturday he stopped 22 shots in regulation and overtime, and made two saves in the shootout win.

The North Tonawanda, NY native is unbeaten in his last four starts (3-0-1). He finished the regular season with a 10-8-1 record, a 2.17 goals against average and .907 save percentage.

He ranks second in the AHA in goals against average, which ranks 9th nationally. His three shutouts on the season are tied for 5th nationally.

This is his second career AHA Goalie of the Week award.

Overall the Falcons have been stellar defensively. They are tied for 5th nationally in fewest goals allowed per game (2.29) and are 5th nationally in fewest shots allowed per game (24.5). The penalty kill is 7th nationally at 85.2 percent.

The Falcons will host Robert Morris in the first round of the Atlantic Hockey Postseason on Saturday at 7:00 PM.
