Grabko Named Atlantic Hockey Goalie of the Week

WALTHAM, Mass. – Coming off a great performance in Friday night's 3-1 win over Northeastern, Nicholas Grabko (Channahon, Ill.) was named the Atlantic Hockey Goalie of the Week on Tuesday.

Grabko, a junior, made 34 saves and had a .971 save percentage in the win. He helped the Falcons' penalty kill go 4-4 on the night. He was at his best in the 3rd period with 16 saves and no goals allowed to lead Bentley to closing out the game.

This is the third time Grabko has been named the AHA Goalie of the Week in his career. He earned the award twice last season.

Also this week, freshman defenseman Ryan Nause (Riverview, New Brunswick) was the honorable mention for Defensive Player of the Week. He scored his first career goal in the third period and finished +1 on the evening.
