Pat McGowan became Bentley’s Offensive Line Coach in July 2023. He was previously the offensive line coach for Curry College and Salve Regina University. During McGowan’s first year with the Falcons, offensive lineman Joe LoChiatto was named to the All-NE10 First Team.

McGowan helped lead a Bentley offense that ranked second in the NE10 for yards per game (348.0), while leading the conference in rushing yards per game (174.8) and rushing yards per carry (4.3).

McGowan attended Rowan University, where he was an All-NJAC First Team honoree as an offensive lineman.
