Fehskens Earns All-Region Honors at NCAA East Regional; Bentley Finishes 11th of 29

BETHPAGE, N.Y. – Bentley University junior Paige Fehskens (Wareham, Mass./Wareham HS) cracked the top 25 to earn All-Region honors at the NCAA Division II Women's Cross Country East Regional at the Bethpage State Park Polo Field Saturday afternoon.

Fehskens finished 24th in a field of 184 runners with a 3.73-mile time of 23:23.90.

Senior captain Tina Touri (Watertown, Mass./Watertown HS) also had a strong showing for the Falcons as she finished 39th overall in 24:12.80.

The rest of Bentley's top five were all in the top 100. Freshman Samantha Bilodeau (New Ipswich, N.H./Mascenic Reg. HS) was 55th in 24:37.00, junior Kaileigh Wimert (Falmouth, Maine) was 95th (25:42.80) and sophomore Abby Caulfield (Northport, N.Y./Northport HS) was 100th (25:45.20).

As a team, Bentley was 11th of 29 with a score of 313.

The team championship went to Stonehill by five points over second-place Roberts Wesleyan, 58-63. Post University's Kendall Fitzgerald took individual honors with a time of 22:10.90 and a winning margin of six-and-a-half seconds.
