Getting to Know Bentley women's tennis player Grace Bennett, who is a freshman from Paxton, Massachusetts. Grace is a finance major and she mostly played as Bentley's No. 3 singles player during her freshman season.

At what age did you begin playing tennis?

I began playing tennis competitively at age 12, but played infrequently when I was younger.

Who was your favorite athlete growing up, and who is your favorite athlete now?

My favorite athlete has been Roger Federer ever since I started watching tennis, and he still is.

What is the most memorable sporting event that you have attended?

The most memorable sporting event I have attended was a Red Sox game.

What is your favorite place that you have traveled to?

Oahu, Hawaii!

What is your pre and post match meal of choice?

My pre-game meal of choice is scrambled eggs. My post-game meal of choice is pasta.

Why did you choose to come to Bentley?

I chose to attend Bentley because of the fantastic career services and internship networking opportunities. I also knew that I wanted to be a business major, so I wanted to choose a school that would expose me to all elements of business, and no school has more different business classes than Bentley!

What is your most memorable moment of your Bentley career so far?

My favorite moment of my Bentley career so far has been being able to compete with my team in Orlando over spring break!

What have you been doing during this shutdown to stay busy?

During the shutdown I have been doing schoolwork, working out, and spending time with family.
