WEST HARTFORD, Conn. – Bentley wrapped up its fall season on Saturday at Division I Hartford, but suffered a 6-1 defeat to the Hawks. Junior Susan Stowe (Hebron, Conn./RHAM) picked up the Falcons' point in No. 5 singles.

Playing against Hartford's Hannah Goldman, Stowe dropped the first set 6-4. But she rallied by taking the next two 6-3 and 10-6 for the victory. She finished her fall season with a team best 9-2 record in singles.

As a team, Bentley was 7-8 overall during the fall and 6-6 in Northeast-10 play. They'll resume play in February to begin its spring season.
