Saint Michael’s Takes Sweep over Bentley in Northeast-10 Play
WATLHAM, Mass. – Five different players for Saint Michael's won two matches on the day, helping the Purple Knights sweep Bentley in a Northeast-10 women's tennis match on Saturday afternoon.
Junior Erica Bundrick led the way for the Purple Knights with wins in No. 1 singles and No. 2 doubles. Sophomore Nicole Kellogg was another Saint Michael's player to win two matches, doing so in No. 2 singles and No. 3 doubles.
Saint Michael's No. 1 doubles team of Caroline Martin and Caroline Toutoungi also claimed wins in No. 3 singles and No. 6 singles, respectively.
Bentley will look to get back in the win column on Sunday when they host Saint Anselm at 11:00 am, the first match of the doubleheader with the men's team.
