Bentley Divers Compete in NCAA Div. II Qualification Meet

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Senior Caroline Logozzo (Wethersfield, Conn./Wethersfield HS), freshman Mary Huminski (Madison, Conn./Daniel Hand HS) and junior Ryann Driscoll (Marblehead, Mass./ Marblehead HS) represented Bentley University Tuesday during the NCAA Division II Diving Qualification Meet at the SPIRE Aquatics Center.

Logozzo, in her final collegiate meet, finished 40th off the three-meter board with a score of 178.20 and was 47th off the one-meter (180.10). Her highest scoring dives were her final attempts off both boards. She scored a 51.30 on an inward two-and-a-half somersault tuck from the three meter and a 47.40 on an inward two somersault tuck from the low board.

Huminski, who swept diving at last month's Northeast-10 Conference Championships, was 47th from the three-meter (134.00) and 48th from the one-meter (178.45). Her best dive, with a score of 36.00, was a back one-and-a-half somersault one-and-a-half twist free from the three-meter board.

Driscoll placed 46th from the three-meter board with a 137.15 and 51st from the one-meter (154.30). Her top scoring dive, with a score of 32.40, came on a back one somersault two-and-a-half twist free off the one-meter board.
