SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – AIC scored twice in the second half to take a 2-0 win over Bentley in the second to last women's soccer match of the regular season for the Falcons.

The Yellow Jackets received goals from forward Merissa Phipps in the 50^th minute and midfielder Jessica Margaretta in the 75^th minute to lead 2-0. AIC had come up empty on its first three shots on goal against Bentley keeper Deirdre Macrorie (Winchester, Mass./Winchester), who made 7 saves on the night.

The Falcons were led offensively by leading scorer Ana Tantum's (Trumbull, Conn./Trumbull) three shots. Captain Sam Ford (Rockville Centre, N.Y./South Side) and freshman Carly Kohler (West Islip, N.Y./West Islip) each had two shots.

Bentley is set to close out the regular season on Saturday when they visit Southern Connecticut.
