Getting to Know Bentley softball's Noelani Rivera. A junior infielder from Clifton, New Jersey, Noelani is majoring in managerial economics with a concentration in management. She earned the Presidential Award for Academic Excellence for her freshman and sophomore years at Bentley. 

If you could go out to dinner with any four people that are alive today, who would you choose?

If I could go out to dinner with any four people that are alive today, I would choose Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Margot Robbie, Tori Kelly, and Zendaya Coleman.

What is your favorite restaurant, either around Boston or in your hometown?

My favorite restaurant is a BBQ place in New Jersey, called Tiff's. They have my favorite wings and ribs.

What is the best sporting event you have ever attended. Who is your favorite athlete, either past or present?

The best sporting event I've ever attended was a Yankees vs. Mets game when I was younger.

If you could pick one destination to travel to, what would it be?

Bora Bora.

What were the biggest factors in your decision to attend Bentley

The biggest factors in my decision to attend Bentley were the quality of education, location, and the ability to play softball in college.

How are you planning to keep your athletic skills sharp this summer?

I'm planning to keep my athletic skills sharp this summer by doing what I can at home and hopefully work on my hitting and fielding as much as possible.

What made you start playing the sport you play now, and what other sports did you play growing up?

I started playing softball because I was put into sports by my parents as a kid, and just fell in love with them. I also played soccer and basketball growing up.
