148 Bentley Student-Athletes Receive D2ADA Academic Achievement Awards

The 148 honorees was the second most for any institution in the Northeast-10 Conference and the East Region, as well as the 11th highest total nationally. Putting that into perspective, there are more than 300 Division II institutions across the country.

Chances are that Bentley University senior catcher Erica Thibodeau (Cohoes, N.Y./Shaker HS) will never forget her final collegiate at bat as a member of the Falcon softball team. On this day in 2013, Thibodeau drilled a two-run homer to left in the top of the eighth inning, breaking a 1-1 tie and propelling Bentley to a 3-1 win over St. Michael's in the non-conference portion of a season-ending doubleheader at Doc Jacobs Field.

Northeast-10 Recognizes Bentley Softball as “Team of the Week”

The Northeast-10 Conference has recognized Bentley University women’s softball as one of its “Teams of the Week”. Since the cancellation of the spring season last month, the conference has been honoring the seniors from spring athletic teams with this recognition.
