Aquinas Snaps Bentley’s Three Match Streak
ORLANDO, Fla. – Aquinas College picked up an 8-1 victory over the Bentley men's tennis team on Wednesday in a non-conference match to snap the Falcons' three match winning streak.
Aquinas swept doubles play and won five of six singles matches. Freshman George Samander (Willemstad, Curacao, ISC) picked up Bentley's point, as he earned a 6-4, 6-4 win over Will Buurma in the No. 3 match.
The Falcons drop to 5-2 overall on the season. They continue their spring break trip on Friday when they take on Marian (Ind.).
