Southern New Hampshire Defeats Bentley Men's Tennis 7-2

MANCHESTER, N.H. – Southern New Hampshire took a 7-2 win over the Bentley men's tennis team in a Northeast-10 match on Saturday. The Falcons had wins in No. 3 doubles and No. 5 singles on the day.

The Penmen won the No. 1 and No. 2 doubles matches, but Bentley took the No. 3 match. The pair of sophomore Sam Frye (Redlands, Calif./Redlands) and freshman Chase Rosa (Hampton, N.H./Berwick Academy) defeated Mark Dobek and Evan Eaton 8-2. In singles play, sophomore Evan Chomka (Warwick, R.I./Bishop Hendricken) got the better of Eaton in the No. 5 match, 6-2, 6-2.

Southern New Hampshire improves to 8-2 in the Northeast-10 with the victory, while Bentley drops to 7-2. They'll look to get back in the win column when they close out the regular season next Friday against Adelphi.
