Waltham, Mass. - The Bentley men's lacrosse team will participate in the Beantown Lax Showdown this Saturday night at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Quincy. The event will benefit the Boston Children's Hospital.

Bentley will take part in the event, alongside Western New England University and Babson College. The Falcons will first play WNEU at 6:00 pm in the first game, and will then take on Babson in the third game at 9:00 pm.

"It is always an honor and privilege to play in a charity event where the Student-Athlete has an opportunity to recognize that through the sport of Lacrosse, we can benefit others," said Bentley head coach Jim Murphy. "We are looking forward to sharing the evening with Babson and Western New England. Bentley Lacrosse is grateful to the Boston Cannons and the ownership for the invitation to this special event."

Proceeds will benefit the Boston Children's Hospital, with tickets for adults costing $15 and kids and students $10.
