Barclays Center Next up for Bentley vs. Army West Point
The Matchup: After a weekend off the Bentley hockey team is back at it this weekend when they take on Army West Point, highlighted by Sunday's game at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Saturday's series opener will take place at Tate Rink in West Point, N.Y. Both games can be seen live on EverSport with Saturday's game starting at 3:05 and Sunday's tilt at 11:15 am.

The Falcons sit at 2-2 overall after sweeping Northeastern in a home and home series and getting swept by Mercyhurst opening weekend.
Army was beaten twice on the road by those same Mercyhurst Lakers over the weekend, dropping the two games by scores of 4-2 and 5-2. The Black Knights dropped their opener to Boston College at home 5-1.

Series History: Army leads the all-time series 24-21-10 after the series was split 1-1-2 last season. The Falcons have played very well at Tate Rink in recent years with a 6-1-3 record over the last 10 games, and they are unbeaten in the last 7 games played there (4-0-3).
This weekend's games are the first of four between the two programs this season. They'll meet for two games to close out the regular season; Feb. 26 in West Point and Feb. 27 in Watertown.
USCHO Poll: Bentley received votes in this week's USCHO Division I Top 20 Poll for the 2nd straight week. Robert Morris and Mercyhurst were the only other Atlantic Hockey teams receiving votes.
Last Season: The teams went 1-1-2 against each other last season. In two games played at the JAR in late November, the teams split with Bentley winning the first game 3-2 and dropping the second 2-1. Andrew Gladiuk had two goals in the win.
The last two meetings of the season were played in West Point in mid-February and resulted in a pair of ties, 1-1 and 2-2. Tyler Deresky had Bentley's goal in the first game, and Gladiuk and Max French had the goals in the second games.
Additionally, goaltender Jayson Argue earned Atlantic Hockey Rookie of the Week honors after both series. In the first series he made his season debut and stopped 50 of 54 shots, and in the second series he saved 66 of 69 total shots faced.
Bentley Cleans Up: Following the sweep of Northeastern, Bentley cleaned up the Atlantic Hockey Weekly Awards on Oct. 20. Gladiuk was named Co-Player of the Week, Argue Goalie of the Week and Matt Blomquist Defenseman of the Week.
Winning PotW for the 4th time in his career, Gladiuk had four total goals vs. the Huskies, with his 2nd career hat trick leading the way offensively in the 3-2 win at Matthews Arena. He was also named the 3rd Star of the Week by NCAA.com. Three of his goals came on the power play.
Argue claimed his 2nd career GotW award after a dominant weekend. He saved 49 of 51 shots at Matthews, and 40 more in the team's 4-1 victory at the JAR. His numbers for the weekend were a .967 save percentage and a 1.50 GAA. Blomquist notched his 2nd career DofW nod with four assists in the two games. He assisted on both of Gladiuk's power play goals at Matthews and had two more at the JAR, including the primary assist on Will Suter's eventual game-winning goal.
Leading the Way: Having played in 110 career games, Gladiuk is in some lofty company. His 59 career goals leads all active players in the NCAA and his 30 career power play goals leads all active players as well.
Up Next: Bentley welcomes in another Hockey East team next weekend when the Merrimack Warriors visit the JAR on Wednesday, Nov. 4. The teams have played just once at the Division I level, a 3-1 Merrimack win at Lawler Arena during the 2013-14 season.
