WALTHAM, Mass. – The Northeast-10 Conference announced the nominees for its 2019-20 Man and Woman of the Year awards Wednesday with the list including Bentley University's Chris Hudson (Hodgdon, Maine/Williston Northampton School) and Paige Fehskens (Wareham/Wareham HS).

There are 14 nominees for each award as each conference institution submitted one for each. Each is a senior student-athlete that has excelled in all areas of their collegiate careers – on the playing surface, in the classroom and in the community. The two winners will be announced on Tuesday, May 26.

Hudson was one of the conference's premier men's basketball players during the 2019-20 season, with his list of honors including first-team all-conference, NE10 Defensive Player of the Year and second-team All-East Region. He averaged 19 points and 7.4 rebounds for the 17-12 Falcons while coming up with 43 blocks and the same number of steals at the defensive end. He's been an orientation leader and has been involved with You're With Us!

Fehskens was Bentley's top finisher in every cross country race she ran during the last three seasons with her 2019 performances including 22nd in the Northeast-10 championships and 40th in the NCAA Division II East Regional. A two-time Academic All-Northeast-10 honor, Fehskens has been very active on campus during her four years and has achieved a remarkable 3.87 GPA while majoring in both accountancy and liberal studies.
