A 2017 graduate of Saint Anselm College, Kate Sears is in her second year as goalkeeper coach at Bentley University.

Sears was the Northeast-10 Goalkeeper of the Year in 2016 as well as a National Field Hockey Coaches Association second-team Division II All-America. She was also a first-team All-Conference selection that year and a second-team All-NE10 honoree as a junior in 2015.

Sears has club coaching experience with the Spiders Field Hockey Club.

A resident of Northborough, Sears is employed as an assistant project manager with Trellis. Previously, she was an account manager with Mobilefuse.

Sears received her Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Saint Anselm in May 2017.
