WALTHAM, Mass. – Junior forward Tess Anderson (Stow/Nashoba Reg. She tied the game up at 1-1 with 15:12 left in the first half, gave Bentley a 3-1 lead when she knocked in a deflection 81 seconds into the second half and completed the game's scoring with 10:40 to play, off an assist from junior Keally Ingersoll (Ellicott City, Md./Marriotts Ridge HS).

Sophomore back Sam Simione (Cheshire, Conn./Cheshire HS) was involved in Bentley's first two goals, assisting on Anderson's first before giving the Falcons a 2-1 lead with 6:06 left in the opening half on a penalty corner. She drove the ball into the cage from the top of the arc, with senior forward Rachel Crowley (Leicester/Notre Dame Academy) providing the assist.

The other goal scorer for Bentley (4-1) was junior Christa Knell (Watertown/Watertown HS), her first of the season coming with 20:27 left in the second half from close range after a rebound.
