District 1 includes student-athletes from the Northeast-10 Conference, the East Coast Conference and the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference. The student-athletes on the eight All-District teams will advance to the national ballot for Google Cloud Academic All-America® consideration.

Troiani had an impressive sophomore year for the 20-21 Falcons as he finished second on the team in batting at .351. His 54 hits included ten doubles, two triples and a homer, and he also amassed 32 runs scored, 20 RBI and 17 RBI.

Troiani, who hit .356 against East Region opposition, was also impressive in the field while playing 34 games in center and two in left. He tracked down 71 balls and had only one error.

Troiani has also excelled in the classroom, amassing a 3.70 grade point average as an economics-finance major. During his first three collegiate semesters, he was named to the President's List once and the Dean's List twice.

The Division II and III Google Cloud Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures, to assist CoSIDA with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2017-18 DII and DIII Academic All-America® teams.
