Bentley Track Places 3 on Academic All-Northeast-10 Team

Three members of the Bentley University men’s and women’s outdoor track and field teams have been selected for Academic All-Northeast-10 Conference honors. They are a pair of CoSIDA Academic All-Americas, Erik Alatalo (Wilmington/Wilmington HS) and Paul Bolick (Hopkinton/ Hopkinton HS), and rising junior Stephanie Mattson (Smithfield, R.I./Smithfield HS).
Bentley Tops NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for 17th Straight Semester

For the 17th straight semester, Bentley University had the most selections for the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll with 376 Falcon student-athletes recognized for having a 3.0 or better during the spring 2017 semester.

4 Members of Bentley Outdoor Track & Field Team Earn All-Region Honors from USTFCCCA

Bentley University sophomore Stephanie Mattson (Smithfield, R.I./ Smithfield HS) and three members of the Falcons’ men’s track and field team have received All-East Region accolades from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for their performance during the 2017 outdoor season. Joining Mattson on the All-Region list were junior Holt Sihvonen (Lebanon, Conn./Lyman Memorial HS) and seniors Erik Alatalo (Wilmington/Wilmington HS) and Tim Bolick (Hopkinton/ Hopkinton HS).

Bentley University sophomore Stephanie Mattson (Smithfield, R.I./ Smithfield HS) achieved All-New England recognition for the second straight day and senior Tim Bolick (Hopkinton/Hopkinton HS) earned the same honor for the first time as an individual as the New England Outdoor Track and Field Championships concluded at Williams College Saturday.
