PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Bentley University freshman Susan Stowe (Hebron, Conn./RHAM) advanced to the quarterfinals of the B singles tournament on day two of the ITA Women's Tennis East Regional before being eliminated.

Stowe defeated Merrimack's Rachel Muller 8-3 in the round of 16, but could not get past Peerada Looareesuwan in the quarterfinals, losing to the player from the University of the District of Columbia 8-2.

Stowe was the only Bentley player remaining on the women's side. The Falcons are back in action Wednesday when they host Franklin Pierce for their Northeast-10 opener.
