11 Post Individual Victories as Bentley Returns to Action with 176.5-92.5 Win over St. Michael’s

WALTHAM, Mass. – Eleven different student-athletes achieved individual victories for the Bentley University women's swimming and diving team as the Falcons ended a month-long lay-off with a 176.5-92.5 victory over St. Michael's College Tuesday afternoon at the Dana Center pool.

Two of the Falcons posted a pair of wins, junior Kate Kaduboski (Dedham/Dedham HS) and sophomore Caroline Logozzo (Wethersfield, Conn./Wethersfield HS). Kaduboski was victorious in the 200 yard freestyle (1:59.82) and the 400 individual medley (4:40.19) while Logozzo swept the diving. She scored 226.95 points off the one-meter board and 201.90 from the three-meter. Kaduboski also swam a leg on Bentley's 400 medley relay team that won in 4:18.67.

Bentley's other winners in the freestyle events were freshman Emily LaRovere (Lynnfield/ Phillips Exeter Academy) in the 50 (26.43), junior Brooke Jameson (Bedford/Bedford HS) in the 100 (57.36), freshman Julia Ball (Phoenix, Md./Roland Park County) in the 500 (5:31.49) and junior Emily Viator (Lubbock, Texas/Lubbock HS) in the 1000 (10:58.20).

Senior Anne Warren (Ellicott City, Md./Mt. Hebron HS) led a 1-2-3 Bentley showing in the 200 butterfly with a 2:16.30. She also participated on both winning Falcon relay teams, the 400 medley and the 400 free (3:48.77).

The other individual winners for Bentley were freshman Selin Karadeniz (Poughkeepsie, N.Y./ Arlington HS) in the 200 breaststroke (2:39.14) and sophomores Emily Weiner (Mansfield/Mansfield HS) (50 backstroke, 30.88),  Ari Revelas (Snyder, N.Y./Nardin Academy) (50 breast, 32.73) and Paige MacNeil (Branford, Conn./Branford HS) (200 back, 2:13.07).

The next meet for the 6-1 Falcons is at home Friday afternoon against Pace University (2 pm).
