Waltham, Mass. – Bentley University junior goalie Eliza Bresler (Newton, Mass.) has been named the NE10's Women's Lacrosse Goalie of the Week for her performance in the team's win over Mercy on Saturday.

Bresler made 17 saves in Bentley's 9-8 overtime win at Mercy on Saturday, which was ranked No. 14 at the time. She made 10 saves in the 1^st half and seven in the 2^nd half to help the team rally from a five goal deficit in the 1^st half and a three goal deficit in the 2^nd half. Her save percentage for the game was 68.0 percent.

In the previous game on March 9, she made 16 saves as Bentley defeated then. No. 17 NYIT 12-11 in OT.

On the season, Bresler leads the NE10 in save percentage at 66.7 percent, and she has the 5^th best goals against average at 7.24.

The 3-0 Falcons are ranked No. 20 by the IWLCA this week, and they will go for their 3^rd straight win over a ranked team on Tuesday night when they host No. 19 ranked Assumption.
