WALTHAM, Mass. – Junior goalie Lauren Ochs (Rochester, N.Y./Irondequoit) was named the Northeast-10 Goalie of the Year, and her and four teammates earned spots of the 2016 Women's Lacrosse All-Conference teams, it was announced Tuesday.

In addition to being named Goalie of the Year, Ochs was also voted first team All-Conference. Senior attacker Kelsey Howard (Scarborough, Maine/Scarborough), midfielder Meredith Hart (Fairport, N.Y./Fairport) and sophomore defender Paige O'Neill (Amityville, N.Y./St. John) were all chosen 2^nd team All-Conference. Junior attacker Hannah Lindgren (Southborough, Mass./Algonquin) was voted 3^rd team All-Conference.

Ochs has played every minute in goal this season for the Falcons, and has played a big part in the team's 10 game winning streak. She's 2^nd in the Northeast-10 in save percentage (.497), 5^th in total saves (151) and 4^th in goals against average (9.00). She ranks that highly in those categories while leading the league in minutes played.

She's made double-digit saves in seven games this season, including 11 in Saturday's 12-8 win over New Haven. Ochs has also compiled 38 ground balls and 10 caused turnovers this season.

Hart earned her second straight 2^nd team All-Conference selection, and was also a finalist for the Midfielder of the Year award. An all-around performer, Hart leads the team in ground balls (41) and caused turnovers (17) and is second in draw controls (59). She has also been a big offensive contributor, as she ranks fourth on the team in both goals (30) and points (34).

Howard has had an impressive offensive season with several big performances in notable games. On the season she's tied for the team lead in goals (37) with Lindgren, and is second in both assists (14) and points (51). She's scored five goals or more in three games this season, including in Saturday's win over New Haven, and six goals in the season-opener at Dowling. Howard surpassed 100 career points on April 16 vs. Southern New Hampshire.

O'Neill started all 17 games during the regular season and helped Bentley post the 4^th lowest team GAA (9.00) in the NE-10. She has gathered 19 ground balls and caused seven turnovers to this point, and is the first Bentley defensive player to earn All-Conference honors since 2008.

Lindgren has been an offensive force this season with a team leading 37 goals, 19 assists and 56 points. She's been on a tear as the season has entered the final stretch and Bentley has embarked on its winning streak. Over the last eight games she is averaging better than four points per contest. That includes seven points (5g, 2a) in a win over Stonehill April 13 and six points (3g, 3a) in the victory at Merrimack April 23.
