WALTHAM, Mass. – Three players from the Bentley University women's lacrosse team were named to the Northeast-10 All-Conference team on Thursday; midfielder Meredith Har (Fairport, N.Y./Fairport), goalie Lauren Ochs (Rochester, N.Y./Irondequoit) and midfielder Kathleen Gillespie (Topsfield, Mass./Masconomet).

Hart and Ochs were both named second team All-Conference and Gillespie was voted to the All-Rookie team.

Hart, a junior, had an all-around season for Bentley in earning the first All-Conference honor of her career. She started all 16 games, scored 12 goals, collected 22 ground balls and 33 draw controls and caused 12 turnovers. She finished the season fourth on the team in ground balls, second in draw controls and third in caused turnovers. Hart had her best offensive game of the season with five goals in a win over Franklin Pierce on April 22.

Ochs played every minute in goal for Bentley, clocking in at exactly 945 minutes. She posted a 10-6 record, an 11.30 goals against average and made 145 total saves, good for fourth most in the NE-10. She made a season-high 17 saves in a win over Southern New Hampshire March 14, and made double-digit saves in five other games.

Gillespie finished her freshman season with 78 draw controls, which currently ranks fourth in the conference. She also tallied 17 goals and four assists while starting all 13 games she played. She was named the NE-10 Rookie of the Week on April 7 after scoring six goals and pulling down 17 draw controls in wins over Assumption and Southern Connecticut.

The three helped Bentley to a 10-6 overall record and a 9-4 record in the NE-10 regular season.
