ROCKVILLE CENTRE, N.Y. – Seniors Carolyn Kynoch (Ashland, Mass./Ashland) and Jackie Brown (Brookfield, Conn./Brookfield) each had a hat trick as the Bentley women's lacrosse team earned its first of the season, 11-6 over Molloy in a non-conference game on Long Island Friday night.

Bentley closed out the game with a 5-2 run over the final 21 minutes to put the game away. Included in the run were three straight goals, starting at the 21:46 mark with a goal from Brown. Freshman Taylor Lunden (Agawam, Mass./Agawam) found the back of the net on a free-position shot at 15:30, and senior Taylor Bastien (North Kingstown, R.I./North Kingstown) followed with her first goal of the night with 14:35 remaining.
