Falcons aim to stay hot with two NE10 matches this week

WALTHAM, Mass. – The Bentley men's tennis team shows no signs of slowing down as it prepares to hist Southern New Hampshire for a Northeast-10 match Wednesday, Sept. 27, at 3 p.m. The Falcons trave to Vermont Saturday, Sept. 30, for a 2 p.m. matchup at St. Michael's.

Bentley most recently upset NCAA D-I program Merrimack, 4-3, in Waltham last week (Sept. 22). The Falcons won No. 2 and No. 3 doubles contests thanks to the duos of Max Bone and Christian Duffy, and Liam Marr and Ansh Chadha.

In singles play, Gabe Horwitz won in three sets on the No. 2 court. Coming of an NE10 Rookie of the Week honor, Chadha won on the No. 4 court in two sets. Duffy took the single match on the No. 6 court.

Chadha made his presence immediately this season. He helped lead the Falcons to a 4-3 win over Assumption (4-3), by winning on the No. 3 doubles court, and earning a victory on the No. 3 singles court in his collegiate debut.
