Bentley Sweeps Endicott 9-0
Beverly, Mass. – 10 different players won a match to lead the Bentley men's tennis team to a 9-0 victory over Endicott on Saturday.
Bentley swept the three doubles matches and won all six singles matches in straight sets.
Bentley's teams that played in the No. 1 and No. 2 matches each won by dropping just one game; Dylan Granat (Woodbury, N.Y./Syosset) and Michael Fuca (Manchester, Mass./Manchester-Essex) in No. 1 and Kendall Au (Essex Fells, N.J./West Essex) and Daniel Weitz (Roslyn, N.Y./Roslyn) in No. 2.
Jose Dalle Valle (Miami, Fla.) and Alex Novins (Wellesley, Mass./Wellesley) took the No. 3 match 8-5.
In singles, sophomore Connor Aulson (Groveland, Mass./Pentucket) highlighted the performance with a 6-0, 6-0 sweep in No. 4. sophomore Mauricio Fadul (Key Biscayne, Fla.) dropped just two games in a 6-0, 6-2 victory in No. 5.
Bentley (3-3) will be back in action on March 11 when they open its spring break trip against Ithaca College in Orlando.
