Bentley Tops AIC 8-1
LUDLOW, Mass. – The Bentley men's tennis team scored an 8-1 road victory over AIC in a Northeast-10 match Friday afternoon.
The Falcons won all three doubles matches, winning the No. 1 and No. 2 matches by 8-1 scores.
In singles play, Bentley dropped just six games total in the five singles matches they won. Freshman George Samander (Willemstad, Curacao/ISC) led the charge with a 6-1, 6-3 win in the No. 2 match. Evan Chomka (Warwick, R.I./Bishop Hendricken) and Sam Frye (Redlands, Calif./Redlands) both posted 6-0, 6-0 victories. Chomka in the No. 3 match and Frye in the No. 5 match.
The Falcons improve to 3-1 in Northeast-10 play, with their next match coming tomorrow at Adelphi.
