Anne Kaduboski, a two-time All-American for Bentley Univeristy, returned to her alma mater as an assistant swim coach in the fall of 2016 after previously serving on the coaching staffs at Regis University (2011-12) and Bryant University (2012-14).

Her duties at Bryant included lead coach of the distance training group and assisting with recruiting, meet preparation and team travel. She coached national qualifiers, Northeast Conference and Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference championship, and helped lead Bryant to their highest conference finishes in program history.

Kaduboski, Bentley's women's swim team MVP in 2009, 2010 and 2011, finished fifth in the 200 yard butterfly and eighth in the 200 backstroke during the 2011 NCAA Division II Championships, earning All-America honors in both events. Also a two-time honorable mention All-America, she's a three-time Northeast-10 Conference champion in the butterfly and still owns five individual school records (three butterfly, two backstroke).

Kaduboski earned her Bachelor of Science degree in corporate finance and accounting from Bentley and her MBA from Bryant in 2014. In addition to her Bentley duties, the Dedham, Mass. native is the Controller at the Chapel Hill Chauncy Hall School.

Kaduboski resides in Norwood with her husband Mike.
