WALTHAM, Mass. – Down three points heading into the final relay, Bentley University took first and third in the meet-ending 200 yard freestyle relay to rally past visiting Le Moyne College, 148.5-142.5, in men's college swimming at the Dana Center pool Saturday afternoon.

Freshman Sebastian Bury (Bellevue, Wash./Newport Senior HS) swam the first leg and left the pool with a lead of 0.20 seconds. Senior captain Tyler Champagne (Orange, Conn./Amity Reg.) followed and extended the lead to 0.30, and senior Mike Simoneau (Wheaton, Ill./Wheaton Warrenville South HS) handed closer George Go (Manila, Phillipines) a commanding 1.61 second lead after a strong third leg.

Go had Bentley's best leg of the relay, 22.09, and Bentley finished in 1:30.13, winning by 1.25 seconds over the Dolphins.

Bentley also captured the first relay with Go and Bury swimming the final two legs in the 200 medley. They followed freshman Tim Connolly (Dorchester/Boston Latin) and sophomore Connor Mulvey-Hudson (Ardmore, Pa./St. Joseph's Prep) into the pool.

Connolly, in his first collegiate dual meet, was a double-winner as he captured both the 100 backstroke (56.76) and the 200 back (2:05.60). Bentley went 1-2 in both those events, with sophomore Josh Witty (Los Gatos, Calif./Los Gatos HS) touching after Connolly.

Bentley's other two individual winners were Mulvey-Hudson in the 200 breaststroke (2:24.59) and Go in the 100 butterfly (53.58).

                The next meet for the 1-0 Falcons is Wednesday night at Gordon.
