WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley University senior Mike Walsh (South Salem, N.Y./John Jay HS) has been named the Men's Diver of the Week in the Northeast-10 Conference for the ninth time this season and the 18th time in his career after his outstanding performance in the conference championships over the weekend.

Walsh captured both diving events in convincing fashion to earn Men's Diver of the Meet honors. On Thursday, he took gold in the three-meter with a score of 381.20 and a winning margin of over 80 points.

The following day, Walsh was even more dominant off the one-meter board. His score of 440.35 broke his own school record by five points and won by more than 100 points.

Walsh's efforts were instrumental in the Falcons finishing third among seven teams in the meet.

Walsh will be back in action this weekend when the diving portion of the New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Association Championships at held at UMass-Dartmouth.
