Bentley dominated the Hawks for long stretches, especially in the 2nd half, yet found itself trailing 1-0 on a goal by Nick Heckt in the 52nd minute.

Bentley though finally got the breakthrough in the 80th minute, with Stewart the goal scorer, set up by a nice cross by Chuck Leone (Rockville Centre, N.Y./Southside). The game pushed on into overtime, where Sullivan netted the winner 5:30 into the first overtime. The goal was started with a throw-in by Dan Anderson (Bedford, Mass./Bedford) from midfield, all the way to Stewart on the right wing. Stewart dribbled into the penalty area and fed a cross into the six yard box, that Sullivan got on the end of for the winning goal.

Bentley ended the day with a 16-1 edge in shots and 9-1 in corner kicks.
