Williams Finds the Net Again, but Bentley Falls at Saint Anselm

MANCHESTER, N.H.- Sophomore Kevin Williams (Wilmington, Del./Salesianum School) scored his 3rd goal of the season in the 2nd half, but visiting Bentley University dropped a 4-1 decision to Saint Anselm in Northeast-10 action on Saturday afternoon.

Williams' goal came in the 69th minute off a free kick that bounced around the penalty area, that Williams pounced on and finished into the back of the net.

Bentley held the Hawks scoreless for the majority of the first half, until the home side went in front 1-0 in the 44th minute through a goal by forward Emmet O'Callaghan. Shortly after halftime, Saint Anselm went up 2-0 in the 48th minute off a header to the back post from Jack Heintzelman.

The Hawks scored again in the 59th minute, before Williams pulled one back for the Falcons to cut the deficit to 3-1 with about 22 minutes to go. However, the Hawks would score off a free kick in the 83rd minute to provide the final 4-1 margin.

The Falcons will look to bounce back on Wednesday afternoon when they visit Franklin Pierce for a 7:00 pm match.
