Bentley Falls to No. 4 Southern N.H. 4-0

WALTHAM, Mass. – Graduate student Rayane Boukemia notched three first half assists to lead No. 4 ranked Southern New Hampshire to a 4-0 win over the Bentley University men's soccer team on Tuesday afternoon in a Northeast-10 match.

The Penmen, four-time defending Northeast-10 champions, got three assists from Boukemia, a native of France, as they improved to 3-0 on the season. The match was the NE-10 opener for both squads.

SNHU got on the board in the 27th minute as Boukemia setup countryman Romain Daniellou for the opening goal, as Boukemia dribbled into the box and played a pass off to Daniellou at the top of the penalty area, who shot far post for the opening goal.

In the 34th minute, Boukemia setup senior Ryan Reynolds for his first goal of the season, and just before halftime, Boukemia was involved again, as his corner kick was headed home by midfielder Claude Diesse to give the Penmen a 3-0 lead at halftime.

The Penmen added their fourth goal in the 67th minute from senior Enzo Giuliani.

The defeat dropped Bentley's record to 0-3 on the season. They get back on the pitch on Saturday when they visit NE-10 rival Assumption for a 1:00 pm match.
