Bentley to Open Season March 3 at Home vs. NYIT
WALTHAM, Mass. – The Bentley men's lacrosse team will get its 2018 season underway on March 3, with a home game against New York Tech.
The Falcons, coming off a 6-7 season and a 5-6 NE10 record that featured three, one-goal defeats to ranked teams, have 13 games on their 2018 schedule. The opener against NYIT, and a road game one week later against Roberts Wesleyan, are the two non-conference games.
Bentley will open its NE10 schedule at home on March 17 when they welcome in Le Moyne, last season's NE10 tournament winners. After a road game on March 24 against Saint Rose, the Falcons have two more home games to finish March, against Merrimack on the 28th and against Franklin Pierce on the 31st.
April opens with road games at Southern New Hampshire on the 4th and St. Michael's on the 7th. Assumption visits Waltham on April 11, which is followed by road games at Saint Anselm on the 14th and Adelphi on the 17th. Bentley took the Panthers to overtime last season when they were ranked No. 3 in Division II.
The end of the regular season features a home game against Pace on Saturday, April 21, and a road game against AIC on the 28th.
