Three Bentley Players Named to All-New England Teams

WALTHAM, Mass. – Midfielders T.A. Demoulas (Lowell, Mass./Middlesex School) and Max Adler (Ft. Lauderdale, Fla./Northfield Mt. Hermon) and defenseman Connor Raffety (Mercer Island, Wash./Mercer Island) from the Bentley University men's lacrosse team have earned All-New England honors from the NEILA.

Demoulas and Adler were both named to the first team; Demoulas as a defensive midfielder and Adler as a face-off man. Raffety was picked to the second team on defense.

Demoulas is an All-New England choice for the second straight season, and he was previously named second team All-Northeast-10 as a specialist on April 29. In his senior season he started all 13 games, led the team with 13 caused turnovers and was second in ground balls (32). He played in all 54 games Bentley played in during his four year career and started all but three.

Adler was one of the top face-off men in the country this season. He won 66 percent of his draws (124-188), which ranks sixth in Division II and second in the NE-10. He also scooped up a team high 57 ground balls, good for 11th in the NE-10.

Raffety started all 13 games for the Falcons, the second straight season he started every game. In fact, Raffety started the final 33 games of his career over three seasons. In 2015, he served as a co-captain while helping to anchor the team's defense with six caused turnovers.
