WALTHAM, Mass. – The Bentley men's lacrosse team is ranked eighth by Inside Lacrosse in its Division II Preseason Top-10 Poll.

The Falcons are coming off a 9-5 season and were ranked ninth in the final USILA poll. They return 33 letterwinners and five starters from last year's team.

Two-time defending national champions C.W. Post occupy the top spot, while the three-time defending Northeast-10 regular season champions Le Moyne are ranked second. Mercyhurst, Dowling and Limestone make up the rest of the top-five, and NYIT, Merrimack, Bentley, Queens (N.C.) and Mars Hill make up the second half of the poll.

The Falcons open their season at home against C.W. Post on March 12.
