Meyers & Kulikowski Selected for All-Northeast-10 Golf Team
WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley University golfers Cal Meyers (Richfield, Wisc./Slinger HS) and Doug Kulikowski (Pittsford, N.Y./Pittsford Sutherland HS) have been named to the All-Northeast-10 team, which was announced by the conference on Friday.
Meyers, a rising senior, was voted to the All-NE10 first team while Kulikowski, who'll be entering his junior year in the fall, garnered second-team honors.
Meyers, previously selected to the PING Division II All-East Region team, led the Falcons with a 75.6 stroke average. He was the team's top finisher in five tournaments, including a tie for first in both the Quechee Division II Challenge (69-73-142) and the Colgate Individual Shootout (74-72-146). At the Northeast-10 championships last fall, he placed tenth with a 77-72-149.
Kulikowski tied for third in the NE10's, posting a 73-72-145 for his best 36-hole score of the season. His 77.5 stroke average was second on the team and he was the team's top finisher four times, including the NCAA Division II East/Atlantic Regional when he tied for 28th with a 75-76-77-228.
Meyers was previously a first-team All-Northeast-10 honoree as a freshman in 2014-15, a season in which the honor was decided by finish in the conference tournament as opposed to coaches' vote.
