WALTHAM, Mass. – Bentley University swept the Northeast-10 Conference weekly awards in golf with junior Malcolm Oliver (Damariscotta, Maine/Lincoln Academy) chosen as the NE-10 Golfer of the Week and freshman Brett Chatfield (Attleboro/Bishop Feehan HS) the pick for NE-10 Rookie of the Week honors.

Oliver's selection was his third of the year while Chatfield was previously the Rookie of the Week back on Sept. 16.

At the Bentley Newport Classic, Oliver finished third with a three-over-par 75 at the Newport National Golf Course.  He parred 12 of the 18 holes and fired a pair of birdies. In the same tournament,

Chatfield finished eighth of 45 with a 79.

For the season, Oliver leads the Falcons with a 75.2 stroke average and Chatfield is fourth at 78.4.

Bentley finishes its regular season schedule Sunday and Monday with the Mike Bello Invitational in Baldwinsville, N.Y. and will make its fifth consecutive appearance in the NCAA Division II East/Atlantic Regional May 4-6 in Nashport, Ohio.
