Bio
2014 graduate of Central Catholic High School who is majoring in accounting … appeared in 46 games during her first three seasons, including every game the last two falls … three varsity letters.
2016: started every game for the second straight season … credited with two defensive saves, both coming against Merrimack (Sept. 7 on the road, Oct 11 at home).
2015: one of eight players who started all 18 games for the Falcons … was only underclassman in that group … had a pair of defensive saves … ZAG Field Hockey/NFHCA Division II National Academic Squad.
2014: appeared in ten games off the bench.
High School: named to Massachusetts top 60 all-star team … Merrimack Valley Conference all-star … also received all-star recognition from the Lawrence Eagle-Tribune and the Lowell Sun … team MVP … lettered in hockey and track and field, in addition to field hockey … captain of the hockey team … has also played with Seacoast United and North East Elite.
Personal: was a member of 2012 Northeast field hockey team that won gold in the Bay State Games … has volunteered with Relay for Life and the Athlete’s Village of the Boston Marathon … has been involved with Love Your Melon Campus Crew, an organization that supports children battling cancer … daughter of Janet Manning and Ed Derrickson … has one brother, Scott (24) … age as of Sept. 1: 21.
