Todd Parsons, a 2007 graduate of Averett University, is in his first season on the Bentley University coaching staff, serving as Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach.

Parsons came to Bentley after four years as the Pass Game Coordinator and Quarterback Coach at Brown University. His time at Brown saw the Bears ranked 11th in the nation in passing yards per game in 2015 and 14th the previous year.

Parsons has also coached at Assumption College (2013, Special Teams Coordinator and Wide Receivers Coach), Salve Regina University (2010-12, Offensive Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator) and McDaniel College (2008-09, Quarterbacks Coach, Running Back Coach, Assistant Recruiting Coordinator).

Parsons played quarterback at Averett, finishing his career as the program’s all-time leader in touchdown passes, TDs responsible for and total offense. He was a team captain as a senior and his list of honors included USA South All-Decade Team, All-Conference and Academic All-Conference.

Parsons received his BS degree in physical education and wellness from Averett, and his Master’s in Athletic Administration from McDaniel.
