Personal: 2010 graduate of Middletown South High School … as a senior was named third team All-Shore Conference, second team All-Monmouth County, third team All-State Group 3 and to the All-Federal Division team … named the 2010 Middletown South Scholar-Athlete of the Year … helped Middletown to 2009 Central Jersey Group 3 championship game … also lettered in basketball and track … age as of Sept. 1: 18 … son of Robert and Patricia Benedetto … has one brother, Rob (20) … father played football at Wagner College and uncle played basketball at George Washington.
